Tae Kwon Do is a martial art and sport of self-defense which development came from Korea that can be traced back 2,000 years. Tae Kwon Do gains its popularity through its power of specialized kicking techniques which are unmatched by any other form of martial art. Tae Kwon Do has now become an Olympic sport in which Grand Master Bolega is one of the few Master instructors in the world whom has trained and coached nationally and internationally. He is not just teaching kicking and punching techniques, his focus is on the traditional Korean techniques of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido postulating on developing the whole person on a lifelong journey of self-discovery and self-awareness.
